About
Toni moved to New York City in 2009 to study the Meisner Technique of acting with Terry Knickerbocker at the William Esper Studio, where she completed their two-year professional acting program. During this course of study, her artistic focus redirected from performing to creating; both one and the same and completely individual. She is the Co-Founding Artistic Director of Fish In Water Productions, a non-profit production company founded in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with friend and artist, Ellen Fraher. Alongside creating and performing, she’s held theater administration positions, allowing first-hand producing experience at Award-Winning off-Broadway houses such as Vineyard Theatre, Culture Project’s Lynn Redgrave Theatre, and The Tepper Semester through Syracuse University’s Department of Drama, a theater-intensive semester program in New York City.
She’s also studied playwriting at The Barrow Group with Arlene Hutton, Audio Engineering and screenwriting at The New England Institute of Art, and holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Cybersecurity Administration from Syracuse University with a specific interest in policy writing.
